Executive Summary

We are excited to introduce a highly targeted, half-day leadership workshop to be integrated into the MCE conference this October in Budapest. Small and medium-language companies will find this workshop incredibly valuable as it provides a condensed but impactful curriculum focusing on growth, resilience, and talent management within their businesses.

Our ultimate aim, and the focus of this workshop, is to equip CEOs with the inspiration and tools needed to foster talent, build dynamic teams, and foster a workplace that encourages creativity and innovation.

Objective

The half-day workshop is designed:

  • To enable leaders to cultivate growth and resilience within their teams, fostering a culture of ambition, endurance, and adaptability that underpins long-term success.

  • To equip leaders with practical talent management skills, focusing on mentorship, providing growth opportunities, and recognizing achievements to boost team performance and inspire innovation.

  • To prepare leaders for post-pandemic hybrid leadership, emphasizing the need for flexibility, empathy, and excellent communication in managing diverse, distributed teams.
