Currently in the role of Localisation Manager at Zendesk, I am in charge of all aspects related to localisation strategy and operations, including translation technology and vendor management. Mainly on the buyer side, I have been in the localisation industry for 9 years. I am originally from Italy and I currently live in Montpellier, in the South of France.
