In February 2022, I started working at Linguaemundi as a Project Manager. In a couple of months, I started doing Vendor Management as well. As I got more involved in industry events, starting with MCE in 2022, the opportunity was given to me to switch to Project Management for Business Development, and although Project Management was my first love, I was excited to do something new! Now, working closely with other LSPs to help them with their translation needs, I have a vantage point and front-line look at these 3 roles and how they work together, and how Vendor Management supports both of these other roles.
